At Parcom, we respect our customers first. Your privacy, your security, your freedom to choose us as your hosting company is important to us. We respect the legal process as well as have to (by law) respect the authorities in many countries as well. But, there is a legal process that must never be bypassed no matter how an issue or how much the client has broken the law. The Internet should not change how it goes from innocent until proven guilty, but become guilty until proven innocent in our stance over all. Granted, we also deal with disputes in terms of ownership down to DMCA content violations all the time. But, we still respect our clients and they also respect us for choosing to always respect the customer. Sometimes it means we shut down a site because we received a conflict of interest or a court order - but either way it is in the best interest of the customer first. We do not just give away access to person with a badge, we request a court order. All of these things is what makes Parcom different from many large to even small providers. We have been doing hosting since 1997 which is practically as old as this industry and one thing should never change - your legal rights.
