Can I hand over a complete portal account to another person? Yes! You can change everything you need to online. If an account changes hands for whatever reasons, all you have to do is change your contact and billing information respectively. Nothing much needs to be done. We do appreciate a courtesy email if you are doing this. That way we can make a note on the account for future reference. For the most part, it is clean, it is great for developers who sign up and then hand off everything to a client too.
