If you go over the disk space you need, the system will warn you about it. We strongly recommend you proactively keep it from getting close to zero left because your site needs "breathing room" - and if you neglect your site for a long period of time our system will automatically bill you at a slightly higher rate per megabyte for both diskspace and bandwidth.
Best to always budget for what can sustain your peak traffic and space usage rather than live on the edge and give yourself more stress than you deserve! =)
