Transferring a domain name away from Parcom's registration services

Customers sometimes choose to take their domain registration to another provider.

Please take note of the following steps that may apply to your domain name:

1. in order to transfer a domain away from Parcom, it must be active and not expired.
2. The contact information shown in a whois lookup must be accurate and correct.
3. The domain must be in a transferrable state - also called unlocked at the registry.
4. You may want to update the nameservers assigned to the domain prior to starting the process.
5. You must request the EPP (Authorization) code from Parcom.

Once the transfer process has started, Parcom cannot change any information related to the domain registration.  It is out of our control and you have to wait for the process to complete or fail at the new registration provider.

Parcom cannot speed up the process along the way.  Everything proceeds according to ICANN (registry) rules.

If you have any questions about taking your domain name to another provider - please don't hesitate to contact our support team
