Acutal money you have paid for hosting fees may be transferrable to a different hosting plan.
Things that are not refundable/transferrable include:
Free months
Parcom issued free/matching credits
Set up fees
Add on service fees
To have your remaining funds transferred to your new Cloud account you will need to submit a formal cancellation form for the OLD hosting plan. Please contact our support team if you have any questions!
