Use upper and lower case letters as well as have at least 1 number in your password. The password strength meter within our portal will help you determine how strong your password is. Try not to use the same password used for everything you use - hackers know this. Keep your password in a very safe place if you have to write it down.
Our systems maintain a secondary security measure (question and answer) and if you forget how to answer something like your mother's maiden name, there is a formal process which includes a fee to obtain access (sorry this is important for security reasons as anyone could ask for your account information!) so we appreciate that you not forget your password as well as secondary questions and answers that you choose to use on our systems. (cPanel passwords are all customer's choice.)
