By default, Parcom creates an administrative FTP account that has full access and control over your entire account. It has access to all files and directories outside of the web site public html directory too. This should be used with caution as you can delete important server items (i.e. log directories, etc.) that could damage your web site. Please use at your own risk.
NOTE: The password of the account is the same as your cPanel login and password. Please use this account with FTP over SSL access (not SFTP) - some software refer to this as "Explicit FTP over TLS".
