All servers are set to the respective time zone they are physically located at. This includes legacy systems in our Seattle datacenter. They will not be changed for any reason. For instance, if you require a system with East Coast time then please purchase an account in our Newark (East Coast Data Center).
Professional developer clients within the Parcom network do adjust their code to reflect local time zones on their own (if required.) That is outside the support level of Parcom - so do so at your own discretion.
All scripting languages Parcom supports (on all systems) have features to allow you to adjust your own local time by adding or subtracting (via code) to reflect whatever time you desire. If you need help, you need to contact a professional developer who understands time zone coding adjustments.
