To have a new portal account all clients must click REGISTER at the top of the portal system. The system also creates an account if you submit a ticket to us. That email address becomes the portal account ID in the future. This is how our system maintains correspondence and accountability by keeping track of every important e-mail via this portal now. It is important that customers use the portal system and the customer service e-mail address and no other e-mail because that is the only way we can assure we provide you excellent customer service.
