I replied to a newsletter or a donotreply address and Parcom is not replying




Please do not reply to any of our newsletters or donotreply addresses.  They are unmanaged systems.   You may receive some emails from servers, anti-spam systems, or our newsletter service provider.  We know it is more convenient to correspond back by hitting reply, but unfortunately such systems do not work with our ticketing system.  To assure excellent customer service, please use our portal for any technical help that you may have.   It will assure you have no frustration when e-mailing a "robot" system that is not meant to be the customer service system.   We try hard to remind folks and we are working to educate folks to try and use our ticketing system: https://my.parcomweb.com/submitticket.php?step=2&deptid=1

 

PS: This is true of posting on our facebook wall or our twitter account.  We work very hard to respond to those messages, but they are not guaranteed as our ticketing system since we maintain accountability by tracking your ticket properly on the portal.   (We cannot track your post on facebook or twitter - we can only do our best to reply there)
