Where do I create e-mail accounts?




E-mail accounts are configured via cPanel and not via the customer portal. 

You must log into cPanel (you can go there from the customer portal or use the URL given to you when you initially purchased your hosting package with us) and then you can manage everything from there.   The customer portal is strictly for customer service and billing.
