Messages per hour




We do not publicly disclose the email per hour settings for security reasons, but rest assured it is more than adequate for 99% of our clients.  If you need more and have not been abusive, we can increase it to your needs based on your chosen package.  It is at our discretion and we typically work with each customer to assure a fair setting.

If you have message delay issues, you are sending too much for the chosen plan you have.   Delays occur if you or one of your users is sending far too many messages.  This is to protect the space you have - chances are you have a very small amount of space left or your package is very small.  We offered very tiny packages in the past that were not designed for many users or high volume email usage and was stated as such when they were offered.  Be sure to upgrade your package so you can allow more "Breathing room" for your account to send and receive more messages.    This is to protect not just your account, but the users around you so there is no abuse of the mail systems.  Higher quality the the higher your  package is.
