Throttled outbound e-mail

For security reasons the settings of our SMTP servers are not revealed to the public.    We do have a throttle set and rest assured it is very reasonable for 99.9% of customers at Parcom.   Anyone exceeding it will definitely know that they are destined to have to obtain their own server - and they will know this because they are concerned about this setting more so than anyone else.   When someone asks, we tend to really sense something is wrong because only spammers tend to ask...   Seriously!   We monitor outbound mail both manually and through our own internal tools - so this kind of information is for Parcom staff only.   How we know how much email you send is not of anyone's concern but for the best interest of our company and the community as a whole.   We maintain a higher standard than any other hosting company and do not get blacklisted very easily because of our security stance.

If you have concerns that your 50,000 mailing list won't get out in a nanosecond, Parcom is not for you!    If you have a few dozen family members to reach out to, then you are fine... if you are somewhere in the middle chances are you already know that you are above the normal day to day use of shared hosted email services and are already using things like constantcontact.com  (in fact if you need to send to more than 250 people regularly, it is best to get our great deal with constant contact (our partner!)

If you receive delayed messages, you need to upgrade your package immediately.  The chosen package you have is too small.    The higher you go the better your package email volume will be.   Again, chances are likely you have too small of a package - potentially one of our very tiny services we once had before.   Be sure to upgrade and your delayed emails will process faster.  The higher you upgrade the more your account can handle from a space stand point and more processing power assigned to your cloud based account.
