Common question about pre-paying: If you pre-pay for several years: What happens if one should cancel early? No problem! We return whatever is left to you minus our modest $5 early termination fee. What a DEAL! No games, or contracts as found elsewhere! When you pre-pay, we invest the money and purchase even more features for you down the road. You save us tons of credit card fees if you pre-pay ahead of time so we give you more in return for it! (Why should we make banks richer?!) No strings, no issues, straight up honest business.

** A free brand new com, net, ,us, .info, or org domain comes with our plans if you pay for 1 or more years. Parcom owns and pays for the domain on your behalf, and if the client wishes to move the domain to another registrar, they must pay for a small transfer ownership fee of $30 to cover up to 3 years of our standard rate. The free domain must be the primary domain, and is not negotiable or is transferrable. You cannot add a free domain if your first domain is registered elsewhere on the same package.If you wish to transfer a primary domain of a package to Parcom to make it free, it must be done within 30 days of purchase. Expired domains will not be transferred.*** A free basic 128-bit SSL certificate is provided upon request and is available if you choose the annual payment option. One time setup fee applies.
