How do I cancel my Legacy Windows hosting plan?

While we hate to have customers cancel, we realize that sometimes this will happen.

Here are some things to think about as you discontinue your hosting plan with Parcom and some steps to take

1.  Make sure you have downloaded a copy of all of your website, database and mail files.

2.  If you are moving to another host, make sure that the name servers that are assigned to your domain have been updated.  If Parcom is your domain registration provider, simply submit a support request for assistance with this step.

3.  Submit the formal account cancellation form found here:  https://secure.parcom.net/forms/cancel_request_form_.htm
Note:  this form is for Legacy Windows hosting customers only.

Our billing department will receive the form and handle the processing of any credits or refunds according to our policies.  It can take up to 30 days for the cancellation process to be completed.

If you also have domain registration services with Parcom, we will continue to provide this service for as long as you wish.  If you wish to transfer your registration to another provider, contact our support team for assistance with transferring a Parcom registered domain to a new registration provider.  There is no requirement to transfer your domain name to another provider when you cancel a hosting plan.
