When you first log into your account for the first time you are brought to a page that says "You have not set up security questions for your account.
Please take a moment to set up your security questions." This is an important first layer defense for your account! You may select some existing questions and answer them accordingly. Or you may create new questions and answers. Just DO NOT FORGET THEM! If you forget your own questions and answers you will not be able to get in unless we reset it all. And to reset it all has a formal process and fee to assure you are who you say you are! We protect our customers with a greater respect for security at Parcom - so do yourself a favor and make sure you also respect the need for security. You will be thankful that your site does not get easily hacked unlike many other hosting companies who are vulnerable to not just this, but also social engineering type hackers who will pretend they are you and ask us for your questions to be reset! That happens more than you know...so respect the need, and you will be fine!
