To upgrade your current cloud package within the portal follow these steps:

1) Log into the portal at: https://my.parcomweb.com
2) Click SERVICES, then MY SERVICES
3) Click VIEW DETAILS
4) Select MANAGEMENT ACTIONS
5) Click UPGRADE/DOWNGRADE
6) Click CHOOSE PRODUCT to switch to the new custom cloud package.
7) Purchase and enjoy!
