You can modify a package via the portal easily:
Once you log into https://my.parcomweb.com these are the steps to adding or changing a feature for your package (ie add more space, etc.):
1) select the services drop down.
2) then go to my services.
3) click view details on the package.
4) click management actions
5) then select upgrade/downgrade options.
6) select all that you desire there.
