Steps to ordering an add-on service such as the Automated Backups Service:
1) Log into your portal account at https://my.parcomweb.com
2) Click Services
3) Select My Services from the drop down menu.
4) Click View Details
5) Select "Click to view available addons"
6) Order any of the service addons you desire
7) Enjoy!
