After subscribing to the service in order to access your Parcom Automated Backups, you simply log into cPanel and click backups.
You will see "account backups" - that will be where all of your complete daily and monthly backups. If you do not have the service, you will not have this obviously.
These backups can be restored if you wish to step back in time for any reason. Please be aware that once you choose to restore a backup you will over write all your account information (i.e. web site content)
