From the backups icon within cPanel you can download backups manually (from a full backup to individual portions of your account.) The manual portion is available to all Parcom customers within our secure cloud based service.
We highly recommend you not only subscribe to our automated backup service, but you should also download manually generated backups from time to time too. There is no reason why you should not be prepared for disaster. Having backups with you could be beneficial if you realize months later that the backups we have does not contain something you needed! We can only backup so much, so if you deleted something and needed it, lets say within 5 weeks after the last backup - then obviously you have to be responsible for your own backups beyond a month. This may seem obvious, but we have to be honest because sometimes customers expect us to have something years down the road but we simply do not cover that far for any client (well unless you have deep pockets then sure we can accomodate any client request then!)
