We can back up our legacy hosting customers. However, it can only be for your web site. We have to negotiate this one since it does require custom setup on a per customer basis. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to let us know! It will be about the same price as the automated backup service for our cloud hosting service depending on other factors due to higher cost of offering Windows products and services naturally. At this time SQL backups will continue to be manual for you - so as always our clients are responsible for that aspect of backups.
