You can view your site via a temporary URL.
On the left side of your CPanel screen, expand the stats info to view your server IP address near the bottom of the page
Then, in your browser enter the following data http://serverIP/~controlpanelID
You may also use the name of the server. The format of the server name is: SERVERNAME.PARCOMWEB.COM You could use that instead of the serverIP above.
By using a combination of the server IP or server name and your control panel ID - you should be able to view your site prior to changing the nameservers.
