Secure FTP access (FTP over SSL supported / SFTP not supported)

Your primary FTP account can use FTP over SSL (a toggle you would change in your choice of FTP client, and typically called FTPES too.) For most people, using FTP over SSL (not SFTP) with the primary account (which is generally the default user account for your hosting package) is what is sufficient for managing their entire site. SFTP/SSH is not available.

Parcom strongly suggests you access your account with FTP over SSL rather than non-encrypted (traditional) FTP.

Notes:

Port for FTP over SSL: 21 (same as regular FTP)

Option for encryption: Explicit FTP over TLS
