First log in to the client portal

Select client area

Select my domains

Select the domain name that you wish to edit

This will display the nameservers assigned to the domain. If your domain is hosted in one of our Linux based hosting plans - use the following nameservers:

ns1.parcomweb.com
ns2.parcomweb.com
ns3.parcomweb.com
ns4.parcomweb.com

Save your changes

Parcom recommends selecting the registrar lock option for security

Remember that it can take 24-48 hours for full replication of your domain changes to the internet, even if you are able to see them sooner.
