Yes! Parcom supports the use of custom error pages with our hosting service. They do default to a standard one if you care not work to create one of your own. Rest assured, unlike other hosts, our pages are not full of ads to make up for lost profits by underselling their hosting service. Another great value about Parcom.
Editing your error pages do take an experienced web site developer. The feature is located under "Advanced" within cPanel. You may modify the custom error pages presented there and it is pretty straight forward from that point forward. Most people should not touch these, but if you are an advanced site developer this should be relatively easy for you to modify nicely.
