Can I switch payment/billing terms?

Yes, you can switch terms easily via the customer portal here at Parcom.   All you would do is:

  1. Log into the portal (https://my.parcomweb.com)
  2. Click MY SERVICES
  3. Click the icon with an arrow to the right of the service you wish to manage.
  4. Click the button called UPGRADE/DOWNGRADE.
  5. Choose the new term you wish to change to and follow the process.
