Yes, you can switch terms easily via the customer portal here at Parcom. All you would do is:
- Log into the portal (https://my.parcomweb.com)
- Click MY SERVICES
- Click the icon with an arrow to the right of the service you wish to manage.
- Click the button called UPGRADE/DOWNGRADE.
- Choose the new term you wish to change to and follow the process.
