Alternate mail ports (can send but cannot receive issue)

The outgoing mail port for Parcom is set to port 25 by default. However, some providers block access to port 25.

The alternate mail port that is open for our cloud hosting customers is port 587.

Neither of these will work with SSL for mail.

Let us know if you need more information on using the alternate outgoing mail port of 587.

This will also be a fix for those who cannot send but can receive mail - it proves that your ISP is blocking the outbound mail port.. so changing it will resolve it.

Note: For legacy clients port 2525 is NOT available on our new service.  2525 was before 587 became a standard years ago.  587 is the standard please use that.
