To change the cPanel userID (not the billing portal system) requires you to contact Parcom. There is a modest fee to cover the work involved of only $5. Just contact our staff with a new 8 character userID you wish to use on cPanel instead of the default of the first 8 characters of your domain name. (no special characters allowed, just letters and numbers) If you need less than 8, which is ok, and it is available on our system, we can accomodate that. We strongly suggest you keep it above 4 but no more than 8 characters please. 8 is best.
