Parcom allows customers to manage their DNS Zones by way of an advanced DNS editor. Changing any of the settings requires knowledge of DNS and we strongly recommend that you not change anything unless you know exactly what you are doing. Parcom reserves the right to change any custom changes back to defaults if it will help troubleshoot any issues. Support for outside servers is obviously not available if customers choose to redirect portions of their domains to machines not in the Parcom network.
