Tip:
Your password for cPanel is changed via our Parcom customer portal system. Please note that the portal password is different from your cPanel password.
To change the cPanel password:
1) Login to the billing (Customer Portal): http://my.parcomweb.com
2) Select Services from the top of the page
3) Then select "My Services"4) You should see a list of all the services you currently have in your client portal. To the right of the service you will find a drop down button that says "View Details"
5) This will give you up to 4 tabbed options, one of them being Change Password4) You can now manage cPanel passwords as well as add features to your hosting plan in this section of the portal.
