All new customers receive an e-mail that contains the assigned name servers used for their hosting package.
This may change, but the current name servers in use are:
- ns1.parcomweb.com
- ns2.parcomweb.com
- ns3.parcomweb.com
- ns4.parcomweb.com
The name servers are at four different redundant locations too. They are at the following Parcom data center locations: Dallas, Fremont, London, and Chicago.
Important: Do not use the above name servers if you do not have an account within our new cloud based hosting service. In other words, the use of these name servers for non-Parcom customers is not allowed and can risk the domain being blocked by our security systems.
